Progressive Weighted Kegel Balls for Pelvic Floor Training & Anal Play

The Party Color BOLY Kegel Training Beads are a progressive pelvic floor training set designed for users who want to gradually increase resistance as their confidence and control develop.

The set includes four individually coloured weighted balls at 18g, 30g, 40g and 55g. This progressive weight system allows you to choose a resistance level that feels appropriate rather than relying on one fixed pair of Kegel balls.

Each weight is clearly differentiated by colour, making it easy to identify the level you want before each training session.

The kit also includes both single and double bead holders. The single holder measures approximately 14 x 3.9 cm or 5.5 x 1.5 inches, while the double holder measures approximately 19 x 3.9 cm or 7.5 x 1.5 inches. This gives you additional flexibility as you become more experienced.

The soft silicone construction provides a smooth surface for comfortable internal use, while the secure retrieval section helps make removal straightforward.

These Kegel training beads are non vibrating and require no batteries, charging cables or electronic controls. Their purpose is to provide progressively weighted resistance that can be incorporated into pelvic floor exercises.

Beginners can start with a lighter configuration and gradually move toward heavier weights as exercises become easier. There is no need to progress quickly. Comfortable, controlled pelvic floor contractions are more important than simply using the heaviest weight available.

A small amount of water based lubricant can be applied before use to make insertion more comfortable. Avoid silicone based lubricants to help preserve the silicone surface.

After use, wash the beads and holders thoroughly with warm water and mild unscented soap or a suitable sex toy cleaner, dry completely and store them somewhere clean between sessions.

Why Choose This Product?

The Party Color BOLY Kegel Training Beads are a strong choice for users who want a pelvic floor training system that can progress with them rather than a single fixed weight.

The four different resistance levels allow you to begin with the 18g ball and work gradually through 30g, 40g and 55g as your training develops.

Having both single and double holders adds even more versatility and means the set can be adapted rather than replaced as you become more comfortable with Kegel exercises.

For anyone looking for reusable silicone Kegel balls with clearly graduated weights and flexible training options, the Party Color BOLY set offers a practical and straightforward way to build a personalised pelvic floor routine.
