Delivery Information

LoveVella is an online adult store offering discreet delivery across the UK, Europe and international destinations.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off time are usually processed the same working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and peak periods.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will usually be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before the cut-off time on the same working day.

During busy periods, sale events or courier delays, dispatch may take longer. Orders requiring express or next-day delivery will be prioritised where possible.

Orders placed on a Friday after the cut-off time will usually be processed on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

UK Delivery Options

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Evri Standard Delivery
Expected delivery time: 2–3 working days.

Evri Express Delivery
Expected delivery time: 1–2 working days, including Saturdays where available.

DHL Express Delivery
Expected delivery time: next working day where available.

Please note that delivery dates and times are estimates only. Next working day delivery is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing before purchase.

Some UK locations may take longer, including certain AB, DD, FK, TD and PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.

International Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–10 working days
Rest of the World: 7–10 working days
United States: 7–10 working days

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs, local courier services and destination country requirements.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or additional charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or delivery price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Some international deliveries may be subject to weight restrictions. If your order exceeds the courier weight limit, we may contact you before dispatch to discuss additional delivery charges or alternative options.

Discreet Packaging

All LoveVella orders are packed discreetly. Packaging will not display adult product wording or obvious product details on the outside of the parcel.

Where possible, we use plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Delivery Prices

Delivery prices are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery service selected, parcel size, parcel weight and delivery destination.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates and times are approximate. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, severe weather, strikes, peak seasonal demand or events outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. LoveVella cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or non-collection, we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return courier charges from any refund due.

If you would like the order resent, additional delivery charges may apply.

Special Delivery Requests

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a special packing or delivery request. We will try to help where possible, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
