Premium Natural Stone Kegel Balls for Pelvic Floor Training

Adrien Lastic Harmony Stones Kegel Balls offer a distinctive approach to pelvic floor training by combining six interchangeable natural stones with soft silicone holders that can be configured for either single or double stone use.

Rather than using one fixed weighted Kegel ball, the Harmony Stones set lets you choose between six individual stones ranging from approximately 31g to 38g. This gives the set a more flexible training format and allows users to experiment with different single or double stone combinations.

The set includes Pink Jade, Tiger’s Eye, Carnelian, Bian Stone, Amethyst and Crystal. Adrien Lastic associates each stone with traditional chakra inspired meanings such as serenity, confidence, desire, revitalisation and harmony. These associations form part of the product’s wellness concept rather than representing proven medical effects.

Each selected stone is placed inside one of the supplied premium silicone holders before use. One holder accommodates a single stone, while the longer holder allows two stones to be used together. This modular design makes Harmony Stones more versatile than a conventional fixed weight Kegel trainer.

The silicone holders have an approximate diameter of 3 cm. The single stone holder measures around 13.8 cm in length, while the double stone holder measures approximately 18.3 cm. An external retrieval tail helps make removal straightforward after use.

Harmony Stones are intended for pelvic floor exercises rather than vibration. There are no motors, batteries, charging cables or electronic controls. The practical training effect comes from the weighted resistance of the stones and controlled contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles.

The set is waterproof and uses premium soft silicone around the natural stone inserts. A small amount of water based lubricant can be applied to the holder before use for additional comfort.

For pelvic floor training, begin with a configuration that feels comfortable rather than automatically choosing the heaviest option. Controlled technique and comfort are more important than progressing quickly to additional weight.

After use, clean the silicone holders and stones carefully with warm water and mild soap, dry all components thoroughly and store them in the supplied pouch. Any natural stone showing chips, cracks or rough edges should no longer be used internally.

Why Choose This Product?

Adrien Lastic Harmony Stones stand out from ordinary Kegel balls because the system gives you more freedom to customise your pelvic floor training.

Instead of being limited to one fixed pair of weighted balls, you can select from six natural stones and choose between single or double stone configurations. This gives the set a premium, adaptable feel while keeping the practical focus on weighted pelvic floor exercise.

The natural stone concept also gives Harmony Stones a distinctive wellness inspired identity. Users who appreciate crystals, mindfulness and chakra themes may particularly enjoy the presentation, while anyone focused purely on Kegel training can simply use the different stones as interchangeable weighted resistance.

For someone looking for a reusable, non-powered Kegel training set with premium materials, multiple configurations and a genuinely unusual design, Adrien Lastic Harmony Stones offer something very different from standard silicone Kegel balls.
