Red Breathable Ball Gag with Adjustable Black Strap

Bound to Play Breathable Ball Gag Red features a red plastic ball with ventilation holes and a contrasting black PU strap. The perforated ball provides openings through the mouthpiece, while the adjustable strap holds it in position during consensual BDSM play. Metal O rings on either side connect the ball to the strap.

The strap adjusts from approximately 41cm to 60cm using a buckle with 10 fastening holes. The ball measures approximately 4.2cm in diameter and 13.2cm in circumference. Its firm plastic construction feels different from a silicone ball, while the red colour distinguishes this model from the black version of the Bound to Play Breathable Ball Gag.

Ventilation holes do not guarantee unobstructed breathing. Before use, check that the wearer can breathe freely through their nose and agree on a clear nonverbal stop signal. Keep the buckle accessible, never leave a gagged partner unattended and remove the gag immediately if breathing becomes difficult or the wearer experiences jaw pain or distress. Clean the plastic ball and wipe the PU strap after use, then dry thoroughly.

Why Choose This Product?

The Bound to Play Breathable Ball Gag Red combines a perforated ball with an adjustable strap, allowing the fit to be set using its 10 hole buckle. Its red and black design offers a different colour option from the black model, while retaining the same core features.

The firm plastic ball also provides a distinct material option for customers comparing breathable ball gags with solid silicone designs.
