Water Penis Pump for 5 to 7 Inch Erections with Advanced Hydraulic Pressure

The Bathmate Hydroxtreme 7 Pump Only Clear is designed for customers who already own compatible Hydroxtreme accessories or simply want the core pump without the complete accessory kit. It uses warm water and hydraulic pressure rather than a conventional air vacuum, creating an even seal around the penis while the clear chamber makes positioning and progress easier to monitor. Bathmate recommends the Hydroxtreme 7 size for erect lengths of approximately 5 to 7 inches.

Pressure is generated through Bathmate's bellows system. Pushing the pump gently against the body expels water through the valve, and releasing the bellows creates a partial vacuum inside the chamber. Repeating the movement gradually increases pressure, while the quick release valve lets you reduce or release the vacuum when required. The Hydroxtreme range is Bathmate's higher pressure system and is designed to give experienced users greater control than the standard Hydro and Hydromax ranges.

Because this is the Pump Only version, it should not be confused with the complete Hydroxtreme 7 Kit, which includes additional items such as the shower strap, cleaning accessories, storage bag and padlock. This version focuses on the clear Hydroxtreme 7 pump itself, making it useful as a replacement, upgrade or standalone purchase for customers who do not need another full accessory package.

Bathmate advises limiting Hydropump use to a maximum of 15 minutes within any 24 hour period, typically divided into shorter pumping intervals. Pressure should always be increased gradually and released immediately if you experience pain, numbness, unusual discolouration or significant discomfort. After use, rinse the pump thoroughly with warm soapy water, allow it to dry completely and store it away from direct sunlight.
